	Sandy Baenen Owner, Project Manager & Graphic Design Director Sandy Baenen created artwerks in Palo Alto in 1983. To date, her company has successfully completed 5000 design projects. Accounts have included Microsoft, Visa, Bare Escentuals, LSI Logic, Cadence, Synopsys, Verisity, Apple, Ideablade, AXIS, Brocade, Blue Silicon, Alpine County, and numerous Cycling Clubs. Her Green Bay Transit corporate identity and marketing campaign won ADDY Best of Show for NE Wisconsin and was completed during her graduate work at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.
	Patt Baenen-Tapscott Graphic Design, Production, and Project Management Patt has been a successful graphic designer for over 20 years in non-profits, technology, medicine and the green building industry. Patt is an excellent project and trade show coordinator. She has developed a very successful time trial series called Beat the Clock and Help Beat Cancer with the proceeds going to the Lance Armstrong foundation. She is a graduate in Environmental Design and Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.
	Peter Campbell Chope Creative Consultant We are very lucky to have Peter Chope as our creative consultant. He founded Peter Chope & Associates adverstising agency in Palo Alto, CA in the early 1970s and has worked extensively with the early companies of Silicon Valley including Fairchild and hard disk startups such as Ball, Syquest, Davong, DTC and Verbatim. Peter Chope and Associates developed budgets, corporate identities, media packages, advertising, corporate events and trade show booths for over 30 years in Silicon Valley.
	Chris Chope Website Development, Graphic Design, Creative Copywriting Chris has been creating award-winning graphic designs since 1995. He has developed numerous corporate identity packages for new businesses in Silicon Valley as well as extensive web site development and maintenance. He is a graduate in Creative Writing and Business from San Diego State University.
	Kathie Lewis Communication & Education Materials, Copywriting, Editing, Interactive Forms A University of Tulsa graduate in Business/Finance, Kathie Lewis brings to the team over 30 years’ experience developing communication and education materials, copywriting, and editing for the airline, payment card, and data security industries. Kathie Lewis was on the Visa team for many years working in Risk Management and the Visa Business School developing communication and education materials.
